Chris Fischer

With a B.Eng (Electrical), Chris has had a 25-year career building customer-focused teams to deploy business-improving technology.  Prior to APC, as GM – Operations at MST, Chris grew and led a team of over 200 to design, deploy and maintain communications and productivity systems in mining operations. Before that, Chris had a number of senior roles in Australia, Germany and Canada at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies in manufacturing and telecommunications test systems.

With a B.Eng (Electrical and Computer Science) Chris has a long history of product development and innovation. Prior to APC, Chris was Director of Technology for MST, leading the product development of the ImPact Underground Network portfolio, which grew to a team of 20 and over $30m in annual revenue.  Before that, be developed a racing analysis and broadcast system, used by the wagering industry to put information on over 2,000 screens in betting venues.   His consulting skills came from an earlier stint at Comtech (now Dimension Data).

Le Riche Jordaan
Operations Manager

Graduating with B.Eng (Electronics and Computer Science), Le Riche has many years of experience in designing and deploying industrial and wireless communications systems.  He has deployed productivity analysis systems, monitoring, tracking and telemetry across many mines, including major sites owned by Gold Fields, Glencore, Anglo American, and Sasol.  Over the last two years, Le Riche has built a team of skilled artisans and project managers that deliver long-term value through system deployment and support.

Carl Xie

Carl has 10 years’ experience in commercial accounting and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), having led the finance team in APC since 2010. Prior to joining APC, he was the Management Accountant and Treasury Controller of Emerchants Ltd, a fast-growing ASX listed company in Brisbane. Prior to that, he was divisional financial controller for the Australian Red Cross.   Carl is currently studying towards his MBA qualification and is expected to graduate in 2017.

Simon Strauss
Non-Executive Director

Graduating in Food Science & Technology with distinction, he has held CEO and senior management roles in IT, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, environment, procurement, R&D, marketing, sales and planning. In these roles, he has developed business strategies at the global level, route to market, country entry, brand and product introductions. IT projects, plant and line start-ups have been initiated, designed, lead and implemented. Simon has worked with major miners and food businesses in Australia and internationally.
